Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use LENK for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

Staff accounts are separate from customer accounts and may only be used for the administrative role assigned to them.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly update account details. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by LENK’s failure to use reasonable security. Notify support@link.bi if access may be compromised. We may require verification before sensitive changes or support access.

New eligible accounts receive the trial period shown during registration. After the trial, paid access requires a monthly or annual subscription. The price, currency, billing interval, taxes and renewal date are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew for the selected interval where permitted by law. Failed payment may suspend paid features or page access after reasonable retry and notice.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant LENK a limited, worldwide license to host, process, resize, display and transmit it only to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfill your instructions. You must have rights to the content, products, trademarks, images, music, code and data you publish. You are responsible for product claims, pricing, fulfillment, refunds, taxes and legal notices for your business.

A username gives you a revocable address on link.bi; it does not transfer ownership of the domain or create trademark rights. We may reserve, release or reassign usernames that impersonate others, infringe rights, are misleading, inactive for an extended period, technically necessary, or assigned through an administrative exception. An administratively granted short username remains tied to that account and does not allow the account to claim other restricted usernames.

Connected services are provided by third parties under their own terms. You choose permissions and may disconnect them. LENK is not responsible for changes, outages, content or decisions by a third-party service, but we will use reasonable care in securing connection credentials under our control.

AI can explain the product and perform supported account changes only within authenticated permissions. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before publication, especially for legal, financial, medical or regulated content. You remain responsible for instructions and published results. LENK may refuse unsafe, unsupported or ambiguous actions.

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users before material reductions to paid functionality when practical.

You may cancel the subscription and stop using LENK at any time. We may limit or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach or harm to others, using notice where reasonable. Serious or urgent abuse may be blocked immediately. After termination, export or deletion options depend on account status, law and technical retention cycles.

LENK is provided with reasonable care and skill and subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, LENK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by merchant content, third-party services or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Any aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganization or sale with continued protection of user rights. Notices may be delivered in-product or to the registered email.
