Cookie & Storage Policy

This policy describes cookies, local storage and similar technologies used by LENK and by optional content embedded on LENK pages.

Effective 12 October 2026Last updated 12 October 2026
Plain-language summary: this document is designed to explain the rule clearly. It does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small browser files. Local storage keeps preferences in the browser. Similar technologies include pixels, SDK storage and identifiers in links. They can remember a session, secure an account, preserve choices or measure activity.

2. Strictly necessary storage

We use necessary storage for sign-in sessions, security, load handling, language, dashboard preferences, checkout state and consent choices. The service may not work correctly without it. These items are not used to build advertising profiles.

3. Analytics and measurement

Page owners may enable first-party measurement of visits, clicks, campaign parameters and conversion actions. Where the page is configured to ask, analytics starts only after a positive choice. Refusing analytics does not block essential page functions.

4. Embedded and connected services

YouTube, Spotify, maps, booking tools, payment providers and other embeds may set their own storage when loaded or opened. Their policies govern that activity. LENK limits embeds with browser controls where practical, but the page owner decides whether to add them and visitors decide whether to interact.

5. Duration

Session storage expires when the session or browser ends. Persistent security and preference items remain only for the period needed for their purpose and are renewed when used. Retention may vary by browser and connected provider.

6. Your controls

Use the consent panel on a page when shown. You can also clear or block storage in browser settings and disconnect integrations in the LENK dashboard. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or saved preferences. Where legally required and technically applicable, we respect recognized opt-out signals for activities covered by those signals.

7. Contact

Questions about storage or consent can be sent to privacy@link.bi.
