Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect visitors, page owners and the reliability of LENK. They apply to accounts, pages, forms, uploads, integrations, custom code and support channels.

Effective 12 October 2026Last updated 12 October 2026
Plain-language summary: this document is designed to explain the rule clearly. It does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use LENK to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, scams, phishing, trafficking, exploitation, terrorism, threats, violence or the sale of prohibited goods. Do not misrepresent identity, affiliation, verification or official status.

2. Safety, harassment and privacy

Do not harass, stalk, dox, blackmail, threaten or publish intimate content without consent. Do not collect sensitive or excessive personal data without a lawful basis, clear notice and appropriate protection. Never collect passwords, full payment-card data or government credentials through ordinary LENK forms.

3. Children and sexual content

Any sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities. Do not publish sexual content involving anyone under 18, content shared without consent, or services prohibited by applicable law. Age-gated lawful content may be restricted or unsupported.

4. Intellectual property and deception

Use only content, brands, music, images, software and data you are entitled to use. Do not sell counterfeit goods, impersonate others, manipulate visitors with hidden redirects, make deceptive earnings or health claims, or use verification badges without authorization.

5. Spam and automation

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape personal data, inflate traffic or clicks, create accounts in bulk, bypass rate limits or use bots that degrade service. API or automated access requires documented authorization.

6. Technical misuse and custom code

Do not upload malware, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, interfere with infrastructure, evade security, misuse integration tokens or attempt access to another account. Custom HTML/CSS must remain within the permitted sandbox and may not collect data outside approved form or integration flows.

7. Regulated goods and services

You are responsible for licenses, age checks, disclosures and geographic restrictions for regulated activities. LENK may prohibit or restrict weapons, controlled substances, unlicensed financial services, gambling, medical claims or other high-risk categories even where some local activity may be lawful.

8. Enforcement and reports

We may investigate, remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or report conduct when reasonably necessary. We consider severity, context, history and risk, and may offer an appeal unless doing so would create legal or safety risk. Report abuse to abuse@link.bi with the page URL and supporting details.
