LENK · LINK.BI
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LENK collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when people create accounts, operate pages on link.bi, visit those pages or contact support.
Product diagnostics and voluntary showcase
LENK uses first-party performance measurements and fixed error codes to improve reliability. Reports include a general route category, mobile/desktop class and a random per-page-load ID; no raw URL, entered text, files, stack trace or account ID is collected. DNT and GPC are respected. Reports expire after 35 days and daily hashed rate-limit keys after two days. Registration, first save, publication and first public-view milestones are kept at account level for product reporting. A page owner can separately consent to displaying their public page and optional exact quote in the customer gallery. This requires moderation and can be withdrawn from Settings, including after subscription expiry.
1. Who we are
LENK provides mobile storefronts, profile pages, forms, invitations, analytics and connected business tools through link.bi. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact privacy@link.bi. For general help, contact support@link.bi.
2. The data we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the service, and limited information received from services you choose to connect.
When you request AI assistance, your message, recent conversation and selected public page content are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare a response or edit proposal. When public-link reading is enabled, the assistant can retrieve limited public text and metadata from up to three links per request and send those excerpts to the model. Public source reads may be cached for up to ten minutes. It does not sign in to linked accounts. Proposed changes are stored with a page snapshot for review and undo. Do not send passwords, payment details or private visitor records in AI messages.
- Account and identity data, such as name, email, phone number, country, language and authentication records.
- Page and business content, such as usernames, bios, images, products, links, forms and submitted support requests.
- Billing and subscription records. Payment providers process card or wallet details; LENK does not need to store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data, such as page visits, clicks, approximate location derived from IP, browser, timestamps, campaign parameters and security logs.
- Form responses and uploaded files submitted through a LENK page.
- Connection metadata and authorized data from integrations, limited to the permissions you approve.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to perform our contract, operate and secure the platform, provide requested features, process subscriptions, answer support, prevent abuse, measure performance and improve the product. Where required, we rely on consent for non-essential analytics, marketing or access to connected services. We may also process data to comply with law or pursue legitimate interests that do not override individual rights.
4. Page owners and visitor data
A page owner decides what information to request from visitors and why. For form responses, orders and similar visitor interactions, the page owner normally acts as the data controller and LENK processes data on the owner’s instructions. Visitors should also review the page owner’s own notice. LENK remains responsible for processing needed to run, secure and improve the platform.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share data only when needed with infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, customer-support and payment providers acting under contractual safeguards. We also share data when you direct us to connect a service, when legally required, to protect users or the platform, or in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal data for money.
6. International transfers
LENK and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards, and assess whether additional protections are appropriate.
7. Retention
We keep account and business records while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for security, disputes, tax and legal obligations. Operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups before secure expiry. Form owners control how long they need responses, subject to platform and legal limits.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on location, you may have rights to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sharing, and complain to a regulator. You may also request human review of a decision based solely on automated processing where applicable. Email privacy@link.bi and we may verify identity before acting.
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, audit records, least-privilege practices and monitoring appropriate to the service. No online system is risk-free. Keep your password private, enable available account protections and report suspected compromise promptly.
10. Children
LENK is not directed to children under 16 and accounts must be created by people legally able to enter a contract. Page owners must not knowingly collect children’s data without a valid legal basis and any required parental authorization.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or account contact details. Questions, complaints and rights requests can be sent to privacy@link.bi.
Contact legal@link.bi for legal questions, privacy@link.bi for data rights, or support@link.bi for product help.
